DISPUTE ON MANAGEMENT. (Received 10.30 a.m.l HQBAET, this day. ' A meeting of the Trades Hall Council declared the Labour paper "World" black, until Mr. E. Dwyer Gray is reinstated as editor. Mr. Gray had been relegated to the post of leader-writer under editorial direction.—(A. and X.Z. Cable.)
