PRINCE IN INDIA.
AMONG MILITARY STUDENTS. DELHI, March 14. The Prince of Wales paid a short visit to Dehra Dun. in the Meerut division of the United Provinces, where he opened the new Royal Military College for cadets. In a speech he said that India's services in the war had won for the rising pent-ration of flWians the right to hold The King's commission, and a path to the highest ranks in.the Indian army TO now open. He hoped that tne administrators of the college would keep hpfore them the ideals of English public schools and would foster the old Indian spirit which hound iraster and pupil together He advised the students to keep untar nished the martial traditions of India , ! fighting men.
