The ActlngTraflle Manager, Mr. R. C. Holmes, reported that the scheme would be an improvement on the present method o£ embarking and disemliarkins passengers. His recommendation was that the request be granted conditionally that the Board is protected against liability. The recommendation was adopted. It was also decided to communicate with the company lor improvement in embarking and disembarking ferry passengers at Birkenliead.
