STRIKERS AND SOLDIERS. SEVERAL DAYS OF FIGHTING. (Received 9 a.m.) RIGA, February 28. A serious workers' revolt arose in Mose"bw, following a strike at the railway shops and the waterworks. A regiment of Red Guards joined the rebels, and fired on troops who were endeavouring to crush the malcontents.
