RIOT IN MOSCOW.
STRIKERS AND SOLDIERS. SEVERAL DAYS OF FIGHTING. (Received 9 a.m.) RIGA, February 28. A serious workers' revolt arose in Mose"bw, following a strike at the railway shops and the waterworks. A regiment of Red Guards joined the rebels, and fired on troops who were endeavouring to crush the malcontents. Fierce fighting followed, and it took the Bolsheviks several days, aided by reinforcements, to quell the outbreak.— (A. and X.Z.)
