ANGLO-FRENCH PACT.
LORD R. CECIL'S FEARS. LONDON, February 0. The debate on the Address-in- Reply was resumed yesterday in the House of Commons. I.o'rd Robert Cecil said that he was entirely out of sympathy with an Anglo-French "pact against Germany. The position of England and France must not Ik? allowed to degenerate into that of seeking to dominate Kurope. That would Vk> fatal to the peace and progress of Europe.-(A. and N.Z. Table.)
