OPPOSITION TO HUT.X. SCHEME. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LOXDOX, February 9. The Colonial Wool Merchants' Association passed a resolution expressing the opinion that London is incomparably the best market for the sale of consigned colonial wool, as world competition is centred there.
