MOUNT ALBERT RATEPAYERS.
(T--> the Editor.l Sir,-- 1 attended a meeting last night for the purpose of ratepayers concerned for the advancement of Mount Albert Borough affairs. Although the meeting was not as largo as an intelligent community should have supplied, if ratepayers win only recognise their own interests and attend tho meetings which I understand are to be held, they will improve their borough and indicate to the council that they are there for utility and not only for show. Tho opinion was expressed of the intention to help the council in every way possible, if they, are prepared to go out of a walk, and to Tint in another if the same olr| conditions arc going to continue. With this feeling 1 fully agree.—l am, rtc, RATEPAYER.
