DEATH OF A CHILD.
CAUSED EY ASPHYXIATION. (By Telejraph.—Tress Association.) DAXXEVIRKE, Tuesday. An inquest was held to-day concerning the death of Allan icott, the three days' ■oM sr/n of Rose and Cuthbert Scott. .• The coronei - found that death was due Ito asphyxiation caused by undue pree- ;: sure on the throat, such pressure being 'exercised by the mother. There waj no '.. evidence to show her mental condition. Sloe child died in the Public Hospital, ■ and since its death the mother has also died in the same institution i;rom .natural causes. ''■ —
