OFFER TO OWNERS.
Wejnesday's meeting of own«fl and trainer? of "racehorses concerning the question of '.lie provision of special trains to convey racehorse* to and from country meetings, the Railway Department lias made the owners and traintfi an offer concerning their request. The owners and trainers, however, are said to be making representations to manners of Parliament in regard to then requirements.
