Dr. E. S. Trotter, of tho Rarotonga Medical Service, is on a visit to New Zealand. At present he is in Wellington. Sir Philip Proctor, director of moat, supplies in Great Hritnin during the Utter part of the war, has arrived in WelI lington. I Mr. R. B. Millar, travelling representaj tive of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland, is paying his annual visit to Palmereton North. Mr. J. (.'. Hewitt, Resident Commisj sioncr at Rarotonga. arrived in Wellington on a few weeks' visit to New Zealand. The death is announced from Sydney of Mr. YV. S.
