GRANITE COMPANY'S CASE.

(By Telegraph.— Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. The Supreme Court hearing of the action by Frank Harris, of Auckland, ajrainst the directors of the Coromandel Granite Company entered its third day to-day. Experts were called by both sides regarding the value of the quarry_ and pave widely different versions. An Auckland architect said he would not give £500 for it. The defence is seeking to prove that the agreement with Harris regarding his snares never became effective. The case is expected to finish to-day.
