WIFE MURDER CHARGE.
ARREST OF SUSPECT. AFTER ATTEMPT AT SUICIDE. ' {Received 2.30 p.m.) LOXDOX, November 22. Edward Blade, an insurance agent of Tregonisaey, Cornwall, who is suspected of having murdered his wife, was to-day arrested in Liverpool, where the police found him in a hotel with his throat cut. His condition is critical.— (A. and X.Z.)
Black left home on an alleged business engagement a few days ago, and his wife bevame ill a few hours after his departure, subsequently dying. The doctor declined to grve the usual certificate. Tt then, transpired that Black had lost his employment, and had fceen sued for several debts. a warrant was •issued on a charge of alleged fraud. The woman's organs have been submitted to (-heniiea! analysis.
