A REVISING CONVENTION. (Received Il.tit) a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. In the House of Hughes introduced a bill to provideMor ;t national convention to revise the Federal constitution. The bill provides that the convention shall consist of 111 members, 75 elected by the Federal electorates. IS elected by the Federal Parliament, and 18 by the State Parliaments. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
