TROOPS TO BE WITHDRAWN,
(Received 1) a.in.) NEW YORK, October 28. According to advices from Toyko, the War Office has announced that Japanese troops will shortly be withdrawn from Siberia. It is understood that the Government intends to take action before the Washington Conference, and that all Japanese military supplies, including cannon alidlnachinc guns now in Siberia, will be removed. — (A. and N.Z.
