THE SILESIAN DECISION. BERLIN, October 28. Dr Wirtli declared in the Reichstag that only under force had he accepted the Allies' decision regarding Uppci Silesia, which was an injustice to Germany and a violation of the Treaty o Versailles.—(A. and N./. Cable.)
