If I want to be happy And i|iiick on my locs. I must bite my food slowly 1 And breathe through my nose. I must press back my shoulders, i I And hold "p my bead, 3 And not close my window When going to bed. ' 1 must soap my bath-flannol And scrub all I know; * I must then take a towel j And rub till I glow. 0 I must never be idle. < And 101 l in my chair; o Or shout like a demon, And act like a bear. e. II .1 must love what is nobis, t And do what is kind; t T must strengthen my body y And tidy my mind.
