In an appeal by Matthew Chisholm. ot Otantau. atrainst the decision of the Dunedin District Committee in confirming a fine of £5 imposed by the Otantau Racing Club upon Chisholm. the Racing Conference judges. Sir Geonre Clifford. Mr. n. A. Russell, and Mr. O. S. Watkins have given judgment that Chisholm. having behaved offensively to an official of the Otaotan Racing Club, was rluhtly fined under inle 7 of part 4 of the Rules of Racing.
