HUGHES ON LLOYD GEORGE. LONDON , , August 7. Mr. W. M. Hughes unveiled a statue of Mr. Lloyd George in Castle Square, Carnarvon, to-day. He said that in the statue of the greatest son of Wales he sa.v- gnahrined the spirit and genius of the Welsh race, its vicissitudes, sacrifices, and triumph?. }lr.
