NO DUTY IN BRITAIN. /LONDON, July 20. The House, of Commons adopted a new clause in the Finance Bill moved by Sii Robert Home, Chancellor of the Exchequer, which will exempt from duty imported spirits produced in the Empire for the purpose of making power, or in dustrial methylated spirits.
