FIEEED BY CANADIANS. (Received 10.80 n.m.l NEW YORK. July 20. The'-Neiv York Herald's" .Montreal correspondent says that Mr. Wra Butler (president of the Canadian Car 1-oundry Company). who is returning from America, announced that he had received from the Soviet Government a 2,000,000 dollar order for f.OO five-ton tank cars. The work will be started at once, and will be completed by th- end of November.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
