Stallworthy:— "That players deserting fhe Kugbv Lengue aud playing any other llughv code shall automatically become disqualified, and ttfat he.fore snch player can be/reinstated he shall appear personally before the league and make a sworn declaration that he has received no financial consideration for leaving or returning to the League code; provided that the rule »hall not apply to any league player playing the Rugby "code in r. district where the league game is not represented."
