MORE LARGE SUN SPOTS.
Mr. J. P. Artha, 8.A.A., writes:—"Two large groups of spots are visible on th_ sun at present, measuring aSbomt 150,000 miles across. The largest spot is divided in two, and is 30,000 miles long. They are visible without optica] aicfjbut anyone looking for them should use a piece of glass well smoked. Thursday next will be the best time to see them, when they will be about central."
