ABORTIVE CONFERENCE.
(Received 12.30 p.m.) BRISBANE, this day. A conference held at Rockhampton between Mount Morgan directors and union representatives proved abortive, the latter rejecting the offer of a Uliding scale of wages involving a reduction of 4/ weekly.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
