Williams, having resigned from the staff of Wellington College, after fourteen years' service, was presented with a number of handsomelvbound volumes by the staff. The boys gave Mr. Williams a travelling rug and : a silver entree dish for 'his wife. Mr. Williams has accepted the position of , headmaster of Hikurangi College. Miss E. W. B.
