SO PER CENT SOLD. FINE WOOLS LOWER. COARSE WOOLS ADVANCED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. At the wool sales to-day 10.000 bales were offered, and it is estimated that HO per cent was sold. Fine wools were below May rates by about one penny per pound. American competition was wholly lacking. Coarse iind inferior wools were in demand for Bradford and the Continent at an advance from Jd to a penny above May rates. Prices ranged as follows: Merino 0d to IOJd, Southdown HUd to 1/3. medium half 7d to Sd, inferior 5Jd to lijd, super crosshred ;>d to (id, fine 4 : jd to s?d, medium 3jd to 4Jd, coarse 3d to M, inferior to seedy 2Ad to 3Jd. nieces and bellies Id to ?,id.'locks. Id to Ud.cnitchings id to 3d. best lamb? 7d to Sd. medium lambs 3d to Hid. Southdown lambs Od to 10',d.
