WELLINGTON PROJECT- STARTED. (By Tele^rapli.— Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The lucail Ri5.A. is inaugurating * movement to e~ta»blish a permanent cenotaph near PaTlianxent Buildings. Tire coat of erecting a moTrnment 3Qft high in white marble is estimated ex £3000. An endeavour is being made to get svhool children interested in the project, and it is hoped tibe cenotaph will be in existence next Anne Day.
