LOCATED FROM CAPETOWN. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. r The Government Astronomer has received notice from Harvard Observa- } tory of the discovery of a new comet . I fay the Capetown observer on March 13. j The placing is as follows: Right ascen- ? sion 20 hours 10 minfttes, declination 16 , deg. 20 minutes south, within a degree of third magnitude star Beta Capri-corni. j The comet is invisible to the naked eve. . but should be easy to find with a telec scope.
