Sugar. — Prices are easier. Granulated, 08/0. The AlLßussinn Co-operative Society of Buyers for the Soviet Government, learning that the cost of Australian coal will be 83/ to 90/. ci.f.. at Baltic ports,- consider the price prohibitive. Butter.—The market is quiet, the trade expecting Government to reduce prices, as the London price of Danish has been lowered by 10/ to 15/. to 230/,-' 233/ per cwt., and a further decline is probable. Cheese.—The market Is firm. It Is believed Government stocks have been cleared.
