RIOTS IN SILESIA.
BRITISH TROOPS FIRED ON. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LOKTDON, March 28. Advices from Silesia report that thirteen British soldiers were sligntly woulded at Oppcln through a fusillade fired into a train conveying soldiers to quell the "Red" riots in the plebiscite area.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
