I DIET PASSES BUDGET.
TOKYO. March 27. The Budget, which appropriates half the national revenue for armaments, was passed by both Houses of the Japanese Diet without divisions. A resolution was attached to it warning the nation that public discipline was generally deteriorating through the growing difficulty of making a living.— (A. and NZ. Cable.)
