SILESIAN PLEBISCITE.
POLES CLAIM VICTORY. A SIGNIFICANT SEQUEL. LONDON, March 10. Warsntv reports that the result of the Silesian plebiscite was celebrated in Warsaw as a great Polish victory, the capital being gaily bollagged nnd bannered. Processions headed by bands marched through the streets. Tlie rapid rise in the Polish mark on the Merlin Bourse is regarded as absolute proof that the Poles were really successful. It is reported that the plebiscite commissioners on both sides are submitting their views regarding the proper frontier. M. Korianty. Premier of Poland, lost no time in submitting a radical demarcation line which includes the coal areas and also the important railway junction of Vossowska. — ("Times.")
