ANTI-SOVIET OUTBURSTS.
IN KAZAN AND PSKOV. (Received 11.30 a.m.) HELSINGFORS, March 27. News of the Kronstadt rebellion leaking to the Kazan province, in Central Russia, caused an uprising against the Soviet, in which the prisons were stormed, political prisoners released, and Soviet officials killed. Fighting against the Soviet forces continues in the Pskov district. — (A. and $2. Cable.)
