POLES IN SILESIA.
ATTACKS UPON GEEMASY. BERLIN, March 25. Armed Polish bands operating in L'pper Silesia are causing the Germans in the south-eastern area to flee in panic. The inter-Allied forces are unable to cpiell the rising. Germany is demanding Allied protection for the German population.— [A. and N Z. Cable.)
