Tlic Empire conference of px-service men asreed to a. motion submitted by Mr. Uyett (Australia) that the next conference l>e held in Australia in 1023, to synchronise with Earl llaig's visit. Jf Earl Haig is unable to visit Australia the conference will be hr-ld in England or Canada. Mr. Kni.TX. (New Zealand) moved a resolution of appreciation oT the Mother Country"? lio.spitality to Dominion soldiers during the war, and this waa carried enthusiastically. The Prince of Wales was appointed first patron, and Earl Haig president of the Ex-servicemen's Conference.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
