A LABOUR VICTORY. LOXDOX, March f>. The by-election for Kirkcaldy Burghs occasioned by the resignation of Sir H. Dalziel, resulted: — ■r. Kennedy (Labour) 11,674 K. lcckhart (Coalition Liberal)" 10,lfli) .Labour Majority .1,475 This is the Coalition's thirteenth loss and Labour's Bsventh gain since the general election in December, 1918. Mr P -L H. Hannon, t nionist, was ' returned' unopposed for the Moseley division.—(A. and K.Z. Cable.) \t the general election in December, 1918, Sir H. Dalziel, Coalition liberal, was returned unopposed for Kirkealdy Bunrhs Sir Hallewell Rogers, Coalition Unionist, previously represented Moselev Ho won the seat by a majority of nearly 10,000 over tho combined poll of his Liberal and Labour opponents.
