Fruzer, late Assistant-Public I Service Commissioner, was to-day sworn in by the Chief Justice as President of tlie Arbitration Court. He will leave for Auckland next Wednesday to pres.de at the sttt : ngs of the Arbitration Court to be held in that city. 'Beginning on Monday. February 7. the Court will deal with compensation cases, and industrial business will begin the following week.
