The London County Council has undertaken to extend the scheme considerably during the coming year. The Council is prepared to receive applica- • tions from the Dominions. Other authorities are co-operating in the matter, , which will be fully discussed at the Imperial Education Conference to be held in Toronto next August.— (Reuter.)
