HASTINGS RAM SALE.
' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS. Friday. The concluding day of the ram fair was cloudy and showery in the afternoon. In the Back rams LJHcolns produced no demand, many feeing passed in. The highest price was 4gns. The Border Leieeeters generally were poor, but three lots cold at trom 6gns to BJgne. The Southdowns were of good quality, bidding was brisk, and prices ffood. 'Fourteen giilneas was the top price realised. Two Shropshire Downs were all passed in. Two pons of Cherrats brought 7gns. In rhe stud classes Romneys of the best class brouß'ht a pood response, .prices ranging from 15gns to COgus. Lincolns were In poor demand, many being passed in. The best class Sootlidowns fetched satisfactory results.
