Richard Hiteben-*. for whom the police have been seeking for some days in connection with an attack on P-iymond Rapley, now lying in a serious condition at the hospital, suffering from a wound indicted with a razor, gave himself up at the police station this morning. Later lie appeared at tiie Magistrate's Court, charged with attempting to do grievous bodily harm to Raymond Rapley by wounding him at. Addington on 24th January. At the police request tbe c_se j was adjourned to February 4.
