RUSSIA'S LABOUR ARMY.
-FORCE OF TWO MILLIONS. HELSINGFORS, December 31. Russian newspapers officially announce the early demobilisation of all soldierß between the ages of 18 and 35, who will be transferred to the Labour Corps. It is intended to raise a labour army of two millions to rebuild Russian industries and agriculture.—(A. and N.Z.)
