SYDNEY WHEAT SCANDALS.
SYDNEY, this day. The graft inquiry has concluded taking evidence. Mr." Geo. Cann repeated his statement that Mrs. Georgeson told him that £500 was given for the purpose of shutting up the wheat commission. She added that she went to Melbourne in order to put the case before his colleagues.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
