COMPARED WITH SOLDIER'S. LONDON, December I. Further disclosures of the former Kuiser"s income tax reveals that he chose Doom as a residence because the tax was low. A German Socialist organ points out that Wilhelm is receiving approximately 900 marks an hour, which is the annual State pension for a blinded soldier with a wife and three children.
