A DRAWN MATCH.

ENGLAND V. AUSTRAUAN XI.

VISITORS SCORE 357. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) BRISBANE, December 6. The weather was sultry and the attendance fair for the third day of the cricket match England v. an Australian Eleven. Continuing England's first innings, Waddington and Wilson made a fine last-wicket stand, adding 97 runs by careful cricket, which brought England's score to 357.

Carer and Tozer opened Australia's second innings. Carter scored somewhat freely, notwithstanding several changes in bowling, the severe heat troubling the visiting bowlers. Moore again succumbed to a first ball. Australia's first 100 runs were compiled in 110 minutes. Tozer played a patient innings, without taking chances.
