I Received 0.30 a.m.) WINNIPEG, December 3. ft is learned that the western Canada farmers are organising a gigantic grain pool in an effort to increase wheat prices. The organisation is said to be favoured by all three provincial farmer bodies, and it is planned that it shall become operative for the lO'iO crop. The scheme provides that contract holders must sign for five years, binding themselves to sell wheat only through the pool, which will embrace eight million acres and 50 per <:ent of the total wheat acreage.— (A. and K.Z.
