(To the Editor.", Sir.—l wish to call the attention of your readers to the system of putting sugar in sacks. Surely some other material could be used. Tbe amount of small hairs that one gets out of a, pound of sugar is shocking, and must be detrimental to health.—l am, etc., A FARMER'S WIFE.
