DELHI, December 3.
Inter-tribal lunvarc between the Kir and S wa t tribes ia causing an unsettled frontier position. The trouble was caused by young hotheaded tribesmen who opposed the surrender of their new modern rifles under terms of the recent settlement with the British authorities. the Afridis loaders confess that they are unable to control the young tribesmen, while tlie turbulent members of the Zakka libel tribes aro displaying much activity, carrying out raids with a view to thwarting the efforts of the leaders to perjure a settlement witn the Indian Government. — I.
