PRINCE OF WALES' RETURN.
- A COLONIAL WELCOME. LONDON, September 30. In connection with tho return of the OPrincc of Wales, Sir James Allen, High Commissioner of New Zealand, and the Agents-General of Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland, fend Tasmania, propose to arrange a joint Australian and New Zealand function to welcome tfbe Prince, but Mr. Andrew Fisher, High Commissioner for Australia, and tho .Agent-General for New South Wales, ' disapprove. The matter has not yet been decided. The King and Queen will welcome the Prince at Victoria Station.
