OBITUARY.
MR. r. r. McGregor. (By Telegraph.—Own ; CorresiM>n(len , t.) THAMES, this day. The death was announced to-day of Mr. R. R. McGregor, one of the earliest residents of Thames. During the boom days he was in business in a large way as a trader, auctioneer, and sharebroker, and later as a gumbuyer. ' He pi emoted several mining ventures, doing very well out of the Golden Cross at Waitekauri. Deceased was 81 years of age.
