Ponsonby, to bid Mr. and Mrs. Iledherg iv revolr. Mr. Hedl.erg Is retiring from the managership of Harrington's to take up business on Ms own. account at I'almerston 'North. On behalf of the staff. Mr. A. Sheriff presented -Mr. nn. .Mrs. Hedbers with an illuminated address and a handsome case of dessert knives and forks. suitably inscribed. Mr. Iledt.erir responded, and expressed his sorrow at partIn, with the staff. Mr. J. Smith, the future manager, .who was present, spoke very highly of the esteem in which Mr. iledlerg was licld _»- the direct.rs of the linn. __________________________
