ALLIES ENFORCE SURRENDER. (Received 2 p.m.) BERLIN, August 29. The inter-Allied commission in Upper Sileaia is enforcing the surrender of arms to the District Controller. Members of the German commission enjoin restraint by the populace.—A. and N.Z.
